Return and Refund Policy

At Phone Modified Camera, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that our products meet your expectations, and we have strict quality control procedures in place. However, if there are any issues with your order, please carefully review our return and refund policy below.

1. Product Inspection Upon Arrival

Upon receiving your product, please carefully inspect the following:

  • Whether the product is defective or damaged.
  • Whether the product matches the contents of your order.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your product, as long as the item is in its original condition (unused and in original packaging). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure that all original packaging, accessories, and materials are included in the return.

3. Return Fee

A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee is applicable to all returns except for defective or incorrect items.

4. Product Quality Assurance

All products undergo thorough inspection by our professional evaluators prior to shipping to ensure the highest quality. In the unlikely event of damage or defects, we will handle the replacement process for you.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Send us detailed photos of the issue so that we can accurately assess the situation. Please note that after 7 days, it becomes difficult for us to determine whether the issue originated from the manufacturer, and returns or exchanges may not be accepted.

5. Replacement Process

If a replacement is necessary, we will confirm your order details and prepare a replacement product. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund. For defective items that are not in stock, a full refund will be processed without the 5% restocking fee.

6. Notes on Return and Exchange

  • When returning an item, please ensure that the original packaging, accessories, and material labels are in the same condition as when you received them.
  • All returned items must be new, unused, and include all original packaging, accessories, receipts, etc.

7. Returns Due to Customer Reasons

If a return is initiated for personal reasons (i.e., change of mind, incorrect ordering), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Additionally, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the item you wish to return is received at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 1-2 weeks, following confirmation that the returned item is correct and undamaged.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit card payments, refunds will be processed according to the amount reflected on your card statement. Please be aware that depending on the settlement date of your credit card, the refund may be reflected in the next billing cycle. We recommend contacting your credit card company for more details.

9. Situations Where Returns Will Not Be Accepted

  • If more than 14 days have passed since the date of shipment, unless there are special circumstances (e.g., temporary vacation, or our inability to be reached via email or other means).
  • If the product is returned in a damaged or soiled condition.
