Tenthousandcam LLC provides high-performance smartphones re-engineered for personal protection, private security, and secure documentation. By purchasing our products, you represent and warrant that:

• You will use the device only for lawful purposes in accordance with your local, state, and national laws.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the recording hardware (e.g., relocated cameras and black-screen capture) does not violate the privacy rights of others.
• Our devices are intended as protective shields for truth and personal safety.

2. Hardware Engineering & Modifications

Our products are premium smartphones that have undergone bespoke hardware relocation.

• Engineering Standards: Each device is professionally modified to move camera modules to specific ports (e.g., speaker or headphone jack) while maintaining a 100% factory-stock appearance.
• Functionality: We guarantee that the device remains a fully functional smartphone (unlocked, full Google services support, etc.).
• Battery Health: We certify that every modified device is equipped with a brand new battery at 100% health.

3. Intellectual Property & Integrity

The "Tenthousandcam" name, logo, and original engineering designs are the intellectual property of Tenthousandcam LLC. Unauthorized replication of our website materials or hardware designs is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of unauthorized reselling or malicious use.

4. Custom Orders & Final Sales

Due to the specialized nature of our precision-relocated hardware, all orders are treated as custom engineering projects. Accuracy in shipping information is your responsibility. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy regarding our 5% Precision Calibration Fee for custom orders.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Tenthousandcam LLC, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages arising from your use (or misuse) of our products. It is the user's sole responsibility to comply with all applicable recording and privacy laws in their jurisdiction.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, United States.
