1. Pre-Shipment Engineering Excellence

To ensure absolute reliability and discretion, every device undergoes a rigorous 55-point engineering inspection before leaving our facility.

  • Battery Integrity: Every modified device is equipped with a brand new battery at 100% health to support extended security sessions.
  • Stock Appearance: We verify that each unit maintains a 100% factory-stock appearance, ensuring your protection remains hidden in plain sight.
  • Full Functionality: We guarantee that the device remains a fully functional, high-performance smartphone for everyday use.

2. Product Inspection Upon Arrival

Your privacy and security are our top priorities. Upon receiving your package, please inspect it to ensure:

  • The hardware relocation meets our Invisible Protection standards.
  • The pre-installed secure documentation software functions as expected.
  • The package integrity is intact (All orders are shipped in discreet, neutral packaging to protect your identity).

3. Return Eligibility and Window

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the device must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in its original, neutral packaging with all accessories included.
  • Show no signs of unauthorized software modification or physical damage.

4. Custom Modification & Precision Calibration Fee

Please note that all our devices are Custom Modification Orders. Because each phone is individually re-engineered for elite security:

  • 5% Precision Calibration Fee: For returns not involving hardware defects, a 5% fee will be applied. This fee covers the cost of professional re-testing, hardware recalibration, and system restoration to ensure the next user's safety integrity.
  • Final Sale Items: Specific one-off custom solutions or "Final Sale" items are non-refundable.

5. The Return Process

  1. Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Secure Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked, insured service to ensure the device returns to our U.S. facility safely.
  3. Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt, our engineers will perform a final inspection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
