Shipping Policy

Tenthousandcam LLC ships modified smartphones using international express services. Delivery availability depends on the destination and the applicable carrier and import requirements.

1. Packaging and Shipping Documents

Orders use plain outer packaging to protect the device during transport. Shipping labels and customs documents must accurately describe the goods and include the information required by carriers and customs authorities. Plain packaging does not remove customs declaration or inspection requirements.

2. Order Preparation

Most orders are prepared and checked before dispatch within 2–3 business days. Order preparation is separate from carrier transit time. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.

3. Estimated Transit Times

We use international express carriers, including DHL, FedEx and UPS, according to the destination and service available for the order. Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

• United States: 3–6 business days.
• Europe, including the UK, Finland and Switzerland: 5–10 business days.
• Other supported destinations: 8–13 business days.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, remote delivery locations and carrier delays may affect delivery. Available destinations, shipping services and charges are shown at checkout for your address.

4. Tracking

After the carrier receives your parcel, we send the tracking information by email. Tracking updates depend on the carrier.

5. International Customs

Tenthousandcam LLC is a U.S.-registered company based in Montana. Shipments must comply with applicable export, transport and import requirements. Customers are responsible for local import duties and requirements applicable to their destination.

6. Delivery Address and Support

Please check your delivery address before completing an order and choose a location where you can receive the parcel securely.
